No compounds right now. My next run is going to have to be after Aug. if I use tren (high blood pressure) + (trucker)= no go.

As a comparison the whataburger triple burger which is the exact same size as a triple whopper comes in at 75 g pro.

There is some thing very fishy about what burger king is doing to their meat. Maybe ill hire cbs to get to the bottom of it
I can only get down 2 five guys doubles though. Niether the tripples or the doubles are easy a pair at a time i will admit. Once a week at most
 
I look at it as the keto diet with a higher protein intake. I'm in the gym everyday now and my shoulder is at 95-98%. I do cardio the days I'm at the gym.

The best part is my mental thinking has cleared. They say you become mentally sharper when you consume a lot of fats. Plus it helps regulate hormone problems.

I can physically see an body comp improvement.

My plan is to do this for 16-20 weeks or longer

I feel like going low carb (ie... No pasta, bread, sugar. Veggies only for carbs) really is. It takes a real commitment from me and I've got to stay focused. Not only a lifestyle, a life changer for me, i used to be over 300lbs and headed for heart failure in my 50's until i cut out the carbs. Dieted off enough fat to get me in the 240's and trained myself back up to where i am now.

Yeah, I started to lean out when I got my truck and my low boy and was doing heavy haul (throwing chain and binders) Just eating salad and eggs and chicken at the Petro. Drinking only water almonds for snacks. It was brutal but it worked. Ive been pretty heavy on the carbs this cycle and started cutting them back the other day. Dropped 4lbs of straight water already.

I've heard the same thing, the brain needs fat. Good to hear your shoulder is getting better. You give up on your log?

I posted a before pic in my first cycle log and recorded my numbers for progress sake. I cant say the transformation was as dramatic as you twos tho.

I was just looking at my recorded numbers the other day and was quite surprised.

Waist 38" NOW 33"

Started at 243 about 18 percent bf
Now at 268-270 about 14 percent bf

I used the bf machine provided to me at the gym and or the one provided to me at the doctors office. Both are electronic type. Pretty sick numbers!

how long did it take you to make that progress? Gaining 8in in your chest while losing 5in off your waist is crazy. Nice job!

Have you ever thought about doing a BodPod or Dexa scan to assess body fat? Idk if you really care enough to spend the money on them but they are by far the most accurate methods available.
 
@mghoward74 I measure the chest like a tailor would measure a suit. Below the upper peck above the nipple. Just like in the pic I included. No flex just make sure it goes around your lats too. Its easier if two people measure it.

@Docd187123 that progress was from beginning of first cycle to current half way thru 2nd cycle. Remember the measurement of the chest is also a measurement of the back. My lats have gotten very wide. Yes total 8 ". And yes I can no longer wear my 38" jeans cuz im a 33 now :)

Trukker, your transformation has been the really awesome one. It's sick how much muscle mass you have stacked on. I enjoy learning from your log so I can attempt that kind of gain when my shoulders and elbows are up for the task.
