A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

Just gotta say that test is turning out to have some damn pip! Ever since I doubled my dose to 2cc twice weekly the injection site stays inflamed as the burning fires of hell. Never any issue with 1cc at a time only when I started 2cc. Its not infected I would recognize that but damn its inflamed. Oh well pip is well pip I guess. The deca is still smooth as Barry white tho. I do 1.5 cc twice weekly and never any issues no matter where I stick it. Compliments to the chef

It made me pretty ugly, said the same thing for my IGF test. They sent me a new requisition to retest at my convenience. I knew that chick didn't use enough vials...

On a more relevant note:
RBC 6.16 HIGH 4.14-5.80 x10E6/uL 01
Hemoglobin 19.6 HIGH 12.6-17.7 g/dL 01
Hematocrit 58.3 HIGH 37.5-51.0 % 01

So my numbers are just above reference as well trucker and always are just about like this. I have no symptoms as mentioned by brutus. I may donate just to see what the difference is like - if at all. My cholesterol levels were fucking perfect. ;)

4/15/15 wednesday BACK/TRICEPS
20 sets back
7 sets triceps

Shoulders are very sore from yesterdays heavy bench session. Which limits which exercises I choose today. But here goes.

Straight arm pulldowns 5 sets
smith bent rows 4 sets
tbar rows 3 sets
palms up pulldowns 3 sets
one armed 45 lb plate shrugs 2 sets
hammer high pull 3 sets

Assisted dips, 1 damn set. Shoulders aren't up to the task even with assistance. Time to choose another exercise.

Reverse one armed pulldowns 3 sets
pressdowns 3 sets.

Little bit of this and that. Really in bad shape. Shoulders limited my potential today. Not inflamed or anything just generally spent:oops:
 
Not much to report. Haven't been in to workout since wednesday. Jacked my wrist up using some bolt cutters. Feel like the bitch is broken.

I seen the movie UNBROKEN recently. If y'all haven't seen that I recommend it. Good for motivation.

Getting ready for the weekend here. Probably prep my boat for fish season. Hopefully hit the iron tomorrow. Been 2 weeks since I had a leg day. Get some puss. You know the important stuff in life;)

Dont do what i did last year with your wrist. I though i just had a really bad sprain, for the first time in my life i figured i was going to take care of my injury, so i researched best ways to deal with a sprain. Noticed that some really bad sprains can take up to 3 months to heal. Anyway by the time 3 months rolled around it has still biting so finally got it xrayed and turns out i fractured it. They thought they were going to have to remove the bone because it might be dead from limited blood flow for so long. Luckily i took that seriously and braced er up and took some time off and had a ct scan 3 weeks later and the docs were blown away how quick it healed.

It worked out for me but i guess my point is dont be dumb like me if u think it could be busted. Good luck man.

Leg extensions 6 sets 260x12. Static hold on last rep of last set till I couldnt take it any longer

Your womens properly thick where it counts. Love it! Whole rotisserie chicken are where it's at. I always just run into the grocery and grab a few whenever I'm in a crunch.
I dont like no skinny mini. And I dont like tranny women bodybuilder type either. Shes perfect. And when I get her back in to the gym full time shell be a force to be reckoned with. She very gifted. Two big ass kids came out of that thing. And she could easily dust alot of women even when she doesnt workout and is on a peanut butter and cheese diet. True story.

Im finding ways to work around my wrist injury. Took some weight off from my military presses. Cant do biceps at all. Triceps I was limited

Military press 90x8 90x10 140x8
dumbbell laterals 30'sx10 25'sx10 too much pain switched too
machine laterals 2 more sets
rear machine laterals 5 sets

Couldnt do pushdowns so switched to one armed reverse pulldowns
4 sets 30x10

Kickbacks with 10 lb plate 20 reps 3 sets
no rest circuit style with
Laterals with 10lb plate 3 sets of 20 reps

Mostly for conditioning. If I cant go heavy ill hit it up my conditioning.

Sit ups 5 sets of 20 = 100 reps

All in all
15 sets shoulders
7 sets triceps

Some frustrating shit dealing with a tweaked wrist for sure. Been getting alot of compliments lately. Not the ones im looking for. Two common ones. Football player and fighter. No one will ever say I look like a bodybuilder. Kinda frustrating. All im trying to be is a BODYBUILDER. Dont know what to make of it

That's because they wouldn't know a bodybuilder if you slapped them in the face;) They ain't important anyways. All that matters is WE all know what an who you are brother. You are a bodybuilder:)
