Question , drinking all the water that we do and you driving a truck, do you piss in a jug non stop while driving ? Lol
I hate doing that but have plenty before. I do more physical than driving In my position.

I dont always piss in bottles but when I do better make it a wide mouth Gatorade bottle. Then unscrew it half way and chuck it at offending motorists :)
 
Looking like a beast truck!!! Leaning out nicely , ten more pounds and i think you'll be happy with how much better your muscles look when their vascular and striated.

Ya know the more I think about it and see how im reacting to gear the more I wonder if overtraining is really just a myth at least on gear.

Most my knowledge and experience in training revolves around a natural approach because thats what I have always been. Until now my 3rd cycle im seeing things that make me wonder if im really getting all I can out of my body.

I have been training arms twice per week for about 14 weeks now and when im on cycle the recovery process is so much faster that im not so sure typical signs of overtraining even occur. Could just be me being tired or rundown due to work. Im adding way more sets and a volume approach not so much focused on strength. Im seeing promising signs impending muscle growth is coming. Stretching the tape again and this is because im doing extra work for my arms. I haven't extended the approach to chest, back or shoulders but I wonder if I could see the same increases.

Im firm in my belief that a strength training approach you certainly could overtrain because the cns isnt as efficient as the muscles recovery process. Its interesting to me nonetheless.

Just did 2.5cc in left shoulder. Most so far in my delt. Hopefully I wont regret it.

Off to make a salad and maybe some kinda meat. Living the cutting dream. I can almost envision it. In the zone and down for the gains.

So far about 5 days in on tren ace. Feeling great
 
So here's the deal.

I cut calories from 5500 to now 3100. Almost in HALF. Im thinning alot. No cardio yet. And im GAINING weight???

Weighed in at 260 this morning. With only coffee and a banana in my belly. Thats up 3-4 lb in 2 days. Im speechless. What could be the reason for this?

No question im thinning out. Lost some water weight and carbs are nonexistent in my diet EXCEPT for a serving of rice with lunch. 12-15 hour days and 1.5-2 hour lifting sessions. TONS of daily activity and only about 5 hours sleep. How could I be gaining weight?

To be clear my goals are to harden as much MASS as I can whether I lose weight or not. Ideally I think I should be LOSING not GAINING. Dont get it. Advice from the experienced plz :)
 
Oh btw. No negative sides really. Like most everything I run its a positive experience.

Shortness of temper is their tho. I find myself getting tweaked about stupid shit and I have to check myself. No unusual night sweats. General well being is present. Muscles are hardening nicely even on a strict lower cal diet. Drying out a bit as we speak. Alot of GOOD things going on but none of the bad like so many others experience.

Tren is magical recomp serum. It almost completely stops catabolism- rest assured that 3100 calories is restoring glycogen in your muscles where it may not have before tren pins. You are about 7 days from adverse side effects but I always start to see body comp changes within days. Enjoy- and try not to kill anyone when it kicks in full bore. This. It's very hard for me to gain weight while on tren. last cycle I went for 219 to 215 And was trying to cut. Had under 50g carbs except two days a week of 300g. If you're looking to recomp, which from your most recent post it sounds like you are, you're right where you want to be. Just wait until week 3
 
I will say this the guy behind my tren and previously my deca makes some very clean usable gear. Ive never had gear that pinned so smoothly and gave very little pip or swelling. I thank YOU sir! Its refreshing to have somebody who actually gives a shit about what he puts out.
 
You will start dropping weight as soon as that shit kicks in. I thought I would be able to add lean gains at 3300 calories. Well, I did until the tren kicked in. Now Im eating every 1-1.5 hours and getting in around 5000 cal a day just to gain. Even at 4500-5000 calories my waist size is shrinking. I guarantee my waist size is 2 sizes smaller then when I started my cycle. Without my belt I could literally pull my shorts down without unbuttoning them. I can't wait for it to hit you bro you'll love it. Hope your a/c works in your truck

4 hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, 1cup cottage cheese

Dinner. 76G PRO 560 CAL
Fish fillet, 1/2 can kidney beans, 8oz whole milk


TOTAL 365G PROTEIN & 2960 CALORIES


I still have room to leach more calories out if need be. Carbs are at a minimum for now. Often rice are the only carbs I'll have all day. I may or may not throw a popular refeed day in a week. For now I'm ok
