Weighed in at 260 this morning. With only coffee and a banana in my belly. Thats up 3-4 lb in 2 days. Im speechless. What could be the reason for this?
No question im thinning out. Lost some water weight and carbs are nonexistent in my diet EXCEPT for a serving of rice with lunch. 12-15 hour days and 1.5-2 hour lifting sessions. TONS of daily activity and only about 5 hours sleep. How could I be gaining weight?
To be clear my goals are to harden as much MASS as I can whether I lose weight or not. Ideally I think I should be LOSING not GAINING. Dont get it. Advice from the experienced plz![]()

Just did 2.5cc in left shoulder. Most so far in my delt. Hopefully I wont regret it.
Off to make a salad and maybe some kinda meat. Living the cutting dream. I can almost envision it. In the zone and down for the gains.

So my cutting diet is as follows:
1st. 36G Protein. 360CAL
Dannon Greek yogurt, banana.
2nd. 2 cans tuna with little mayo and lots of mustard, banana
50G PRO. 380 CAL
3RD shake 50G PRO 260 CAL
4th . 75G. PRO. 740 CAL
chicken, rice, mixed veggies, 16oz whole milk
5th. 72G PRO. 600 CAL
4 hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, 1cup cottage cheese
Dinner. 76G PRO 560 CAL
Fish fillet, 1/2 can kidney beans, 8oz whole milk
TOTAL 365G PROTEIN & 2960 CALORIES
I still have room to leach more calories out if need be. Carbs are at a minimum for now. Often rice are the only carbs I'll have all day. I may or may not throw a popular refeed day in a week. For now I'm ok
