I am looking for suggestions for a mass gaining diet for AAS.

I know the Protein, carb, and calorie count for a bodybuilder to gain mass that isnt using AAS, but when on AAs protein synthisis is boosted meaning more protein is needed to gain mass and also more calories and carbs are needed as well. I was wondering if i could get some suggestions to this little question of mine. ;)

Thanks!

You're right about the basic rules of carbs protein fats and total calories
A diet should be tailored to your body type, condition and goals and in view of getting into or staying within a condition acceptable to yourself/needs and still make gains.
Some people naturally hold good condition and can eat a lot more carbs than others that bloat up easily.
You need to make a determination of your bodies reaction to the amount and type of calories you consume and adjust your diet to suit the condition and gains you envisage.
Post up more info about yourself and we'll see if we can add some constructive helpful tips and information.

I just re read your post, I don't think I read it correctly first off.
You state that when on AAS ,protein synthesis is boosted meaning "more protein is needed to gain mass"
I don't think more is needed,it would be more accurate to say that more of what you consume is utilized efficiently. So the normal guidelines of protein consumption still apply according to your Lean body mass.
I my mind the main consideration for gaining weight is to intake enough calories so as your body isn't utilizing any of your protein intake as an energy source to supplement lack of carbs or fats i.e energy.
Therefore you must calculate your lean body mass and add required protein. Then you must consider your energy expenditure and generously supply this amount in calories so to prevent your body from tapping into protein and your gains.
So to re-sum,what I'm saying is your protein requirement is a no brainier you need to consume between 1.5-2 grams per pound of lean mass. Then the important part is to supply a more than adequate carb and fats intake.

Carbs, Whole weath products are always good. A lot of fibers.
