Good morning everyone, I do construction and I listen to comedy podcasts every day. I’m trying to find good podcasts on Spotify to learn more about AAS while I work. Any suggestions would be super appreciated. So far I’ve been listening to MPMD and SARMS Expert. Thanks!

Look up Baidi Farl. About a month ago he had beef Stu and Eric kanevsky open talk about huge cycles.. A real eye opener actually.. Eventually talk shifts onto how they look the same on lower doses ect..

Worth a listen

Chase irons, also Roman Fritz puts out some great content at times..

Fouad Abiad has some good athletes at Hostile so his podcasts always worth a listen..

On top of @Trainedbytylerlofthouse19 suggestion I would also recommend the weekly podcast on Anabolic Bodybuilding's youtube (also on spotify I beleive) and Vigerous Steve's weekly Q&A which is always full of good information.

See if you can listen to Peter Bond's Book on Steroids by using text-to-speech and just listen to it on repeat.

Then you'll actually have good information instead of the nonsense these entertainers put out.

Tbh I can’t focus on work and audiobooks at the same time. Podcasts are easier for me to retain. But I’ll look into that book and probably get a copy to read at home if you think it’s got good info.

Apart from MPMD n Vigorous Steve I’d say look up some of the mark bell episodes, some of the Dave Tate table talk ones n the enhanced athlete ones, I’m not sure what others there are off the top of my head rn but ik there is a muscular development one or regardless one with that alien mfka Dave Palumbo with John Romano etc… too
