For big ab muscles is it best to train abs without much pause and rotate exercizes or straight sets with a 60 second pause between sets?

Fuck you had me search for what a roman chair is and look what it lead me to lol:Like most any exercise I find weighted movements work best for adding size to abs. I like using 10-25 lbs on the roman chair. I work them as I normally would sets of 8-15 with 60-90 sec rest.
