Ab day straight sets or supersets

For big ab muscles is it best to train abs without much pause and rotate exercizes or straight sets with a 60 second pause between sets?
 
For big abs added weight is best. However I am of the opinion of Dorian Yates, big abs are negative for your proportion hence why I never add weight but high reps (only muscle group I ever do high reps on).
 
Like most any exercise I find weighted movements work best for adding size to abs. I like using 10-25 lbs on the roman chair. I work them as I normally would sets of 8-15 with 60-90 sec rest.

Nice I'll take the one doing the work lol. I am actually talking about the roman chair you can do back hyps or turn around and do abs on them.
