For the past few years I have been maintaining a low body fat. In the picture below I am 150 pounds, I’ve been 165ish with similar body fat, I fluctuate.

I am natural, don’t drink, don’t smoke, no other drugs.

I train heavy at night 2 days on 1 off, 30 min fasted cardio in morning

The problem is for the past 2-4 years I’ve been having a lot of issues that have gotten a lot worse in the past year. This past year the following symptoms were bad:

- The first is really bad sleep, I wake up several times a night every night.
-I have no sex drive
- Fatigue
- I noticed my body can’t stay so lean anymore and my lifts went way down.
- I’m always angry and isolate myself from everyone and have brain fog.
- I’m losing a lot of weight

This caused me to get blood work from my doctor (below). Based on blood work I have upped my fats from 50 grams to around 100 grams. It has been 2.5 months since and my lifts shot down further and I’m stil losing weight and still having all the problems above.

Attached is my bloodwork, is my body overworked? Also why are my liver enzymes elevated in multiple tests weeks apart? What is your guys take? All the blood tests are within a months time (in order).

I have beta thalassemia minor (trait) so anemia is normal for me.

I need advice because the doctors I’ve been to keep pushing me to other doctors (have an endocrinologist appointment next week), I’ve been tested for diabetes (don’t have that).

I eat clean: I never diverge or eat out because my stomach doesn’t like it. If I’m hungry I’ll eat more fruit or more meat/whole eggs

Breakfast:
3 eggs 150 grams egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup of some type of berry
2 tbsp flax seeds or 14 grams of pecans/walnuts
5000 IU of vitamin D
Multivitamin

M2:
6 oz chicken breast or grass fed beef or mackerel
150 grams basmati rice
1-2 cups of green beans or broccoli

M3:
6 oz chicken breast or grass fed beef
150 grams basmati rice or boiled white potato
1-2 cups of green beans or broccoli
70 grams avocado

M4:
5 oz grass fed beef or wild salmon
250 grams sweet potato
1-2 cups of green beans or broccoli

Pre workout on training days:
1/4 cup cream of rice
1 banana
1/2 scoop whey

ZMA before sleep

Any advice is appreciated

I'm no expert but your over training . Get labs with four days off and see if liver enzymes goes to normal. You're low test for your age. Probably because your in a deficit and you're shredded. With test that low I felt like shit and started trt but I was in my mid 40's. Get levels up to 800 or 1200 for sports trt. You will feel better at 800+ I bet. Maybe you can increase it over 600 natty since your young. Eat some steaks. LOL

Increase your caloric intake substantially. Problems solved.
