I don't really have a set workout for my abs but I like to incorporate leg raises, crunches, and cable crunches. Cable crunches are my new favorite ab workout because they really hit your seratus(sp) really good.
yeah ill help u out here ...first off u can do ab crunches till the cows come home if u are fat u wont be able 2 see ur abs no matter how muscled they are .... ill give u a silly example here lets say i threw a sheet over u ok , well no one can see u or what u look like with a sheet over u can they of course not ..take it off and presto u are now seen ..same with abs u can have the most devolped abs in the entire world and u cant see them if they are hidden behind a sheet of body fat ..but lets say u dont have any fat and ur bodys fats low like at 8 % ..id concentrate on building muscle and muscle is achieved by useing heavy weights and continually adding weights ..just as someone started off benchn say 175 lbs..and pushed there body up too the point of say a 300 lb..bench. u do the same for abs u push that weight up.. get it ...
now the workout try some decline half situps which u obnly go back a foot or so use weight and keep that workout heavy .. lite reps like 100 rep ab sets are for old ladys!! u want muscle ..ask yourself do u wanna do a britany spears tummy workout with pussy high reps ..or do u wanna do a fucking mans workout with weights and gain hard fuckn monster dorian yate abs ok then ...hold giant weight cross ur chest ..i use a giant heavy back pack with 80 pounds for 4 reps on my i/2 set ups so use weight !!!
1/2 decline weighted sit ups 4x of 4-8 reps
crunches with weights 4x 8-12 reps
try that twice a week thats plenty for giant muscle growth !!!!
