I split it up into every day pins for this. Shallow IM rotated into each delt with a 1/2" 28g.

CRP is high probably because of my trash diet of fast food. I don't seem to have much inflammation from the oil itself, even tasting the product it's like pure sesame oil flavor.

To try to raise my SHBG, I'm going to move to doing injection every 2-3 days, and avoid eating so much fast food and carbs.

Let me know any advice/input.
 
crp is probably high because you are injecting everyday causing damage to the muscle everytime a needle breaks through doing im injections. I wouldn’t worry too much about it

Sry to bump this, as I’ve been dealing with crp at 4.5 mg/L since the beginning of Oct when I got post cycle bloods done after my last blast - this one caught my attention as I pin daily, been doing so of Feb of this year. Is it really not something to raise cause for concern in that regard? Also train hard af 1-1.5 hrs 5-6 days/week.
