i will look into that, thanks mate.Look at it this way, and I don't say this carelessly, Ivermectin is essentially harmless, even at doses far higher than this.
In parasite heavy parts do the world, it's encouraged that everyone annually takes it, including infants to give you an idea of its safety.
So when I saw clinical reports of dermatologists curing various skin problems with it, I dug into it a little
deeper,
I figured worst case it wouldn't do anything, best case it would help (my skin, and any potential parasites picked up from food).
In my case it improved my skin without question. I have always had oily skin (pre-accutane), which is a common factor for those who get demodex related issues since that's what they feed on and their populations grow quickly in that food rich environment.
Their presence increases inflammation, making acne worse and accelerating male pattern balding, so getting rid of them seems like a good idea for general skin and hair health,

also, im gonna need source for that stuff, not sure if its available in my country.
I was only doing 40 mg a day , but tanning 10 minutes a week and using Mt2, you just have to really stay vigilant about applying a good moisturizer daily to keep akin from drying out more than it already is from the Accutane, i used "Gold Bond" diabetics lotion and its amazing, doessmell to bad eitherHow many of you tan on accutane?

Just my few cents. Before i hopped on for the first time my back was full with backne(started at like 16/17, hopped on accutane 30mg day for 6months). Did wonders to my back. Remember was bit concerned before my first cycle(400mg test e for 20 weeks or so). The backne never came back, ye may get a small pimple every few weeks if i don't shower for too long after sweating but no signs of backne at all from any ped ive tried.
Honestly think with the Mt2 and minimal tanning bed time you can achieve a nice look, adjusting the Mt2 up can significantly increase your overall look, be careful though , or you might have to get a new "drivers License " lolCool thanks. I don't think it's necessary to wait 20 mins to wait for your foam cleanser to dry, you should be OK with towel drying and then applying whatever you want to after.I was going to accutane but.
Q happened post order.
So I'm currently running the cream.
I have to say for me this is the ticket so far.
In a month my skins improving drastically and no acne to speak of.
Pores are tightening.
I am using a layering method.
Wash - Cerave Foam
Dry 20mins
Apply Cream lightly - Cerave
Apply Tretinoin Cream
Wait 10mins
Apply Cream again lightly.
Results have been astounding on my face and chest. I plan on using longterm and it has anti aging properties.
Since my backs not isse this may be enough more many of you as well. Definitely less sides. I've had none so far.
Started 2 x a week washing off after 30mins
Then 3 x week washing
Then the same without wash working up to daily.
Did you have any issues with raised moles or anything? The little research I do have, that seemed to come up the most. And then never going away.Honestly think with the Mt2 and minimal tanning bed time you can achieve a nice look, adjusting the Mt2 up can significantly increase your overall look, be careful though , or you might have to get a new "drivers License " lol
Did not know skin becomes thinner. Is that permanent or only while on?Just understand your skin will become increasingly thinner and delicate so sensitive to sunburns, scratches easily, etc.

nothing yet , i have been using for about a year,,Did you have any issues with raised moles or anything? The little research I do have, that seemed to come up the most. And then never going away.
what soap are you talking about?I used MT2 at 500mcg daily for over ten years. Definitely on the high side, but it seemed to help temper evening food cravings so I just stayed on it. It also gave me a good boost to libido which I enjoyed. Of course, I tanned and was also very dark but also had many smudges and freckles accumulate over the years. Since being on the Accutane a few months, my face is now nearly clear of all of them. It is also visibly smoother. I picked up that soap you mentioned, Ghoul, and I noticed after getting out of the shower my face was also "shiny" on top of being smoother.
I stopped the MT2 about the same time I started Accutane. Tirz handily took the place for appetite suppression. Not sure what I can do to reclaim the libido component.. PT141 or MT1 perhaps.
Sorry if this is already explained in here. I appreciate you taking the time to throughly explain it.While you're on it dead skin cells become less "sticky", and new skin cells regenerate faster. This accelerated turnover leads to shedding (like whole body dandruff at high doses), and you're left with a thinner, fresh layer of skin that's more delicate. (as if you exfoliated every day).
Once you come off things return to normal over a few weeks.
I got red abrasion marks on my feet just from wearing sandles. They stayed that way until a few weeks after I stopped. A few shirtless minutes in the sun (with MT2) and I started turning red (and then a much deeper tan than you'd expect for such little exposure).
You're not supposed to do anything abrasive or traumatic to your skin while on accutane. I'd use a terry cloth to cleanse with salicylic wash (neutrogena body clear) which seemed ok, but don't do anything like waxing or walking through woods getting all scraped up.
yea thats side effect of around 5 years for cortico steroids for me. its irreversable, right?Just understand your skin will become increasingly thinner and delicate so sensitive to sunburns, scratches easily, etc.
First sold me on accutane. Now Mt2. Rip me. I typically tan quick and easy so wasn’t too pressed on it. But might use it to keep tanning minimum while on acc.My moles, freckles, birthmarks, beard, and irises got (much) darker after continuous use. but when I took a year off it all faded back to where it was before. Wasn't a bad look. tbh. More youthful. Most of us MT2 aficionados are used to getting compliments, especially in the Northeast, about how "healthy" we look, or sometimes "where have you been?" to look like that.
It's always a positive surprise when someone hasn't seen you for a while. The tan quality is really fantastic, natural looking (because it is), without the leather skin that usually accompanies such a deep "lived on a tropical island for a few months" skintone.
Also love the way it feels tbh.
