Accutane permanent cure?

Topical and systemic are different enough that people use both. Topical won’t do much for elasticity, while systemic won’t do as much for fine surface wrinkles.

However, I found that after 6 months of 5mg Accufine, I don’t bother with topicals any more. I’m getting a similar enough effect from the gelcap that it’s no longer worth the effort to use my microsphere Isotretinoin cream any more. Probobly worth ordering 2 boxes of 5mg (200 gelcaps), so 6 months after finishing your “curing” course, you can give the daily 5mg a run, and have enough to get your thorough to the next “cool” period to order more if you want.

Also you may want to pick up 2 strips of 12mg ivermectin (per adult in household) so you can eliminate demodex if you decide to so.
Sorry if you've already answered this, is there a reason to wait 6 months after the "curing" course, or is it fine to just drop straight to 5mg

Hey brother, sorry just seeing this now.

It will be sometime before I can report anything back. I’m putting in an order in the next week for the Ivermectin, a bunch of 5mg and 10mg caps, and various ancillaries for a cycle I’m beginning sometime in February.
Appreciate it. I waited one day after asking and then popped 25mg ivermectin with the intention of repeating that once per week for 8-10 weeks. I'll be starting isotretinoin within a week and will also report back

Take care of the oil and bacteria as outlined above and you'll likely solve the problem. But you won't know unless you try first. ;) Or skip the effort and jump right into accepting the damage and risk of Accutane. AKA - skipping the gym. You do you.
Nearly everything you've said is false and not even worth refuting.

Shitty, dangerous advice that will get people destroyed with acne and scarring.

No one cares about your inane shitty AI posts. Please go away.

Not sure what shit show has gone on in these last few pages, but accutane has done quite a bit bringing my skin back to life. Are there other ways to keep acne at bay? Yes, but this is definitely an effective way of putting any worries to rest.

Tomorrow marks the end of 9 weeks in for me, so a total of 63 days, putting me just a little under 7k total mg dosed in that time. I’m taking it for facial acne specifically, so I’m shooting for 12k-15k dosage range.

The first couple weeks sucked ass getting used to the drug — dryness (lips, nose, eyes) was tough to manage, but gets better as your body gets acclimated. The fatigue hits pretty hard as well. I definitely had some minor purging going on too, but it’s all about pushing past those first few weeks. Things are finally starting to look WAY better for me.

I’m currently at 140mg ED and will stick here until week 12 (more weeks), putting me right around 10k mg total. I plan on beginning a cycle around February and at that time will titrate the accutane down as I titrate up the gear. I plan on being done completely around the 16 week mark and will be in that 120mg-150mg/kg dosage range.

Just some know-it-all that actually knows fuck-all. Pretty much par for the course in this era of Meso.

Nice job on staying the course. I'm 3k in myself. Up to 100 mg ED. Any reason you're not going to do the full course? Is 120-150mg/kg better in some way? I've been going by 220mg/kg so thats 22,000 for me. Sure would be nice if I didn't actually need that much.
