Acne while taking test, any tips?

Hi guys, i wanna ask you about ance while cycling. How do you manage that? Generally I really take care of my hygiene, diet and blood tests, but there are still some issues with my skin. I take only test, no dht derivatives. In my country (Austria) some people recommend taking acetyl-L-carnitine 250mg and wit. b5 750mg 3 times a day. Have you ever heard about these supplements in terms of getting rid of acne? What are your tips for such problem? Best regards.
 
I used to be like that and tried all kind of shit to treat my acne and wasted a lot of money, in the end lowdose accutane was the only thing that actually helped. Some people use antibiotics instead, but i'm not so sure if it's really much healthier in the end.

You need to know that accutane will most likely fuck up your hair and make it very dry and frizzy for a long time. Other side effects are manageable at low doses. Use a good skin moisturizer while on it. If possible also use hair oils during treatment to minimize damage.

Actually i dont think i got such serious problems to use this powerful drug. I heard a lot about this shit. In my country we call it Izotek. I think im gonna try with b5 and l carnitine.
 
Tbh the thing that has made my skin nicer than anything else is just drinking more water, after a week of consistent water intake (more water than you'd think) and my skin not only cleared of acne, but was just smoother and generally in nicer condition, it also has the bonus of helping with digestion and pumps/general efficiency in gym
 
I found certain kinds of soap played a factor. I generally use dove soap these days, even for shaving. Works well for me and I find I get way less clogged pores and pimples. Haven’t found anything to mitigate those Boyle like red ones that are deeper under the skin.

I tend to stay away from soaps and shower gels that have a whole list of ingredients. It helps.

Just use accutane bro. it will kill all the acne.

try 40mg everyday until it clears up to pre acne then do 10mg every 2-3 days for maintenance. then hop off and see if it returns. if it does just do the maintenance. 10mg really is nothing and i think the toxicity is overblown by the useless cream industry that just put every oil in their product and then give it to some model with already perfect skin to promote.
 
How many times a week do you pin. Whilst on TRT at 150mg pinned once a week my acne was terrible. I was dreading running 600 test 300 deca, im 6 weeks in and my acne is amazing now, I'm pining 750mg more gear 6 times my trt dose and its cleared up, i still have acne its mild but it was like cystic and horrible before It's becouse im pinning twice a week and my bloods are more stable. I never thought something so simple would make such a difference. Ive always pinned twice a week on cycle but once on trt. when i go back down to trt will start pinning twice per week.
