I'd like some advice regarding body fat loss. Here's my story:
I'm 28 years old and weight 195+/- pounds. A little more than a year ago, I lost approximately 50 pounds over roughly a nine month period on the Body for Life diet (I know, I know - but the diet/exercise plan worked for me). I've kept the weight off pretty well, but put back on 10 pounds or so during the holidays and haven't really gotten back on the diet hardcore to lose it. (I'm a far, far cry from the 235-240 I was this time a year ago, however.) In addition to that 10 pounds, there was a small "orbit" of fat around my waistline and some other areas of my upper body that I never was fully able to lose even when I got to my lowest point. (Unfortunately, genetics didn't deal me the best hand in the bodyfat arena - I'm very lean in my lower body, but carry a little more bodyfat than the average person in the upper body which was made worse by five or six years of being a total fatass.)
I'm not opposed to putting the time in the gym or at the table to acheive my goal - I eat relatively healthy now (six days a week I eat well and allow myself one day a week to eat whatever the heck I want) and I work out six days a week (three days of weights, three days of cardio). I don't use any "recreational" drugs and have developed pretty strong "will power," and am willing to stick to a pretty stringent diet/exercise/supplementation plan.
My goal is to shed 10-15 pounds, and, more importantly, as much body fat as possible. Now, I know that (short of a surgical procedure) I may never fully lose that little bit of fat around my lower abs/waistline, but I'd like to give it my best shot ... and that's where you guys come in. I would like to get your advice on a solid, 6-10 week "cycle" to best help me acheive my goal. I've read about DNP and it appears to fall most closely in line with my goals at least on the surface, but am open to taking most anything (Clen, Winstrol, etc. etc. etc.) if there is a better fat burning "enabler" out there.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
