New and looking for advice on how to get toned up and shredded. I need to get back into great shape like I used to be! Any and all advice would be amazing!:rolleyes:;)

Yes I can just not as young as I was. Thank you for the info!
 
Doing diet and anavar just looking for a little more tone. Never done GH

GH takes forever, and is Very Expensive. I would stick to the Var, make sure Diet is set according to your Goals, and Lift more. A lot of ppl think doing Cardio is Best. I disagree, I think lifting more will get you where you need to be. Your still burning calories, and building Lean Muscle as well. Goodluck, definetely don’t go throwing a Bunch of AAS to tone up. Keep it simple, and work for what you want.

I agree about the cardio... more muscle more calories burned. Check that diet
