Albuterol vs Clenbuterol

Obviously clen is stronger... I get that. But, factoring in sides, what would you recommend for a a guy maintaining low bf but some stubborn lower belly fat to burn? No matter what I do, I cannot get it to burn off. My diet is on point, I've tried detoxing, and I do a good deal of cardio. It just won't seem to go away. Also, I would be purchasing from iron dragon so I know it will be good quality. Any input? Thanks guys.

I don't think I'm ready to start messing with T3. I haven't done nearly enough research and thyroid issues run in my family. That said, I've seen some ppls results and it looks like some fun stuff!
Got bloodwork done and my thyroid is normal

So I stacked clen and T3
100mcgs a day for 2 weeks
Seems to have started working
Still at 10% probably :/...

I honestly don't think you need that much T3 if you are running clen. Not like your thyroid won't restart thats not an issue. The whole point of running clen with T3 is that you don't need to take high doses of either one

Albuterol is good and pretty mild as far as sides. If you run Ketotifen you can run it a pretty long time with no down regulation of the receptors. I only use pharma for both. 4 mg of Albuterol 4x's (16mg daily) a day combined with 200 mg of caffeine works very well spread out during the day.

Clen is slightly stronger but the sides are shitty.

I will suggest you try Yohimbe HCL with everything else. Take it fasted prior to cardio or training/cardio or it won't work. Do some research on it so you know how much to take so it's effective. It can actually assist in getting the body to release the "hard to burn" fat so it can be burned. It's cheap also.

I'd bet you are not as lean as you think you are if you're seeing any actual abdominal fat on top of the abs at 8%. You're describing areas that normally lean out first so relax, you're on the right path but still have a ways to go. Cycle your carbs to keep your metabolism running strong, stay in a deficit at least 5 days out of the week but that doesn't always mean eat less food. Too much cardio, especially that mid-range (above low steady state but below HIIT) is actually probably hurting your progress. So on and on.

Getting down to actual 3, 4, 5, 6% and less is a long term thing that takes a lot of effort and time.

I will definitely look into that, thank you. It's not abdominal fat in the way you would think. And I understand where you lose fat quickest/what places take longest. I am pretty lean and maintain a very consistent diet, cardio is not overdone whatsoever. My past posts can show this. Thank you very much for the information though, I will definitely be looking into yohimbe.

I'll be honest. If you use it properly and do your part, Yohimbe HCL is great tool. It MUST be used fasted and you have to take the right amount. 0.2 mg/kg body weight is the formula. Most guys will be in the 16-22 mg range. Just add it on top of your protocol and let it do it's thing.

I know I'll sound dumb...
Can I get Yohimbine HCL @ vitamin shoppe or GNC?
I currently take yohimbine and I'm up to 4 pills a day, see some good progress so far

Do you prefer Yohimbe over albuterol? Anyways my script is coming.

I do them together. Alb. during the day with caffeine and then the Yohimbe fasted prior to training. I usually just have a light pre-workout meal about 1 1/2-2 hours before the gym and that seems to be fasted enough for the Yohimbe to work.

Clenbuterol is a better beta receptor antagonist. Tho I would run it with a low dose of T3. There are plenty of studies that show that thyroid hormone is synergetic with beta antagonist and it helps clear paths of adrenergic receptors as well as speeding up the metabolism. If you are dieting hard T3 will keep your metabolism rev up and the clen will stop the muscle loss from starving basically.

No amount of clen is going to prevent muscle loss from T3 dosed at supra physiological levels.

I've never ingested clen, but I've tried helios (injectable clen and yohimbine). Good stuff. I likey. I've done oral albuterol and I've done injectable albuterol. The injectable stuff is fucking powerful and hits you right away. I would say the best stuff of the 3 would be the injectable albuterol.

Injectable albuterol. Wow, now that's hard core. I just get tired of taking so many shots I'd rather just take a damn pill even if it's not quite as good sometimes. :)

A few years ago I started a thread on the subject, but the evidence provided persuaded me from actually trying it. Life's too short to be injecting every 4 hours, and stable levels are probably better than the peaks you get injecting.

Yeah, but who wants it in thier system 24hrs a day? I use/used it just before fasted cardio 3 maybe 4 times a week when cutting. Roll out of bed, inject it (kicks in within seconds) and jump on the treadmill. Thats what i used it for. Having actually tried it as well as clen inj. And oral albuterol i gotta say... it has it's purposes.
