Albuterol

Okay, so I've been playing with the idea of trying this out because 1 I'm 7 weeks out (today) from my first show. 2 I have stubborn fat that my thighs won't let go of. 3 I want to come in completely shredded.

I've been lifting for about 7 to 8 months and with in the last 2 months or so I've started to incorporate more cardio (post weight training). After seeing my beginning of prep photos (12 weeks prior to show) my coach wanted me to do 30 mins fasted cardio and 30 mins post workout cardio. He also put me on a meal plan. I've been doing all of this with a cheat meal here and there for my own sanity and have been doing pretty good. I know the leaning process is tedious. Anyway, so last week my bf% was 18 and coach says to bump fasted cardio up to 45 mins in the morning with still 30 mins after working out with the same meal plan. I've still got a lot of stubborn fat not wanting to let go and it is kind of freaking me out mentally.

My husband is a member here and suggested I become a member and learn about this stuff. I've made my mind up I'm going to try albuterol out but I need help with dosage and cycle length. Anyone's input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! I'm getting my bf% measured Monday so I can update the post with how much the 45 mins in the morning has helped. So it's all good!

I would start with 2mg to see how you react at first. They come in 4mg tabs. As long as you don't get any adverse reactions, you can bump the dosage up from there depending on how you feel imo. I think 12mg for a female is probably a maximum, not at all necessary to go higher.

As far as cycle length, if you're taking ketotifen you can extend the cycle for quite a while. Otherwise, two weeks on and two weeks off. I've always used ketotifen with it, helps with sleep too and I've taken it for pretty long stretches of time.

Keep an eye on your blood pressure, I've heard others see high BP as a side effect.

Thanks bud! Oddly when I asked him what his username was he said that he couldn't remember.... clearly he was lying. I'll try to pry it out of him this evening.

But he has the keto coming so I'll be using both. And would I do a full cycle or would I just stop when I've met my goal?

Yeah I'd personally just stop when you've reached your goal. No reason to really continue at that point. With your show coming up soon the timing would probably be pretty good also.

As much cardio as you're doing, I think you'll you'll see some very good results.
 
Gonna start her at 6mcgs a day and try to work her to 12mcg a day by week 3, ketotifen once daily before bed.

Taking too much... you will feel extremely uncomfortable if you do. Start low and you won't have to worry about it.

If you do start at 6 MG the first day, I wouldn't, but make sure to spread it out if you do.

I can go to sleep after taking a dose, some cannot, don't take before bed if you're worried about that.
 
Hi... welcome! My two cents on the Albuterol, I have to agree with Eman, start at 2-4mg max...I actually wouldn't go past 8mg for a female. Everyone is different and you'll see how you respond to it...but start low... 6mg right off the bat...for a female, that's high! I personally can't handle more than 8mg and I've cycled Albuterol several times to say the least.

Going 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is not necessary with Albuterol, I think you were thinking of Clen @Eman
I typically run and suggest 6 weeks of it straight through. No need to exceed 8 weeks max. You can also try the ECA stack...it's a great old school method for fat loss and works great!

And keep your diet clean. The fasted cardio works well. I personally swear by it.

I've always just assumed that a break would be needed when not using ketotifen to prevent down regulation of the receptors but I think that effect is much less pronounced with albuterol as compared to clen. Using the ketotifen is the way to go regardless though!

Couple quick notes. Start on a day off to see how you feel. When taking a stimulant it will be a lot more intense with the more intensity training you use. Adjust to how you feel. You don't want the jitters to the point it affects your workout. I would start out with a single dose upon waking for about 4 days. Then you can add another dose in the middle afternoon (depending on your sleep schedule) for another 4 days. Then you can incorporate another dose right in the middle. That 3 x a day and run it for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I would take a break for a few weeks due to receptors being saturated.

Everyone reacts differently to clen and albuterol. Me personally have to hit those max dosages to even start feeling it. Test the waters. Deink lots of water, and take potassium, and taurine. It'll help with cramps you may experience.

that's what we plan to do, going to start her off now @ 4mcg a day for and increase by 2mcg slowly until she feels adverse effects. not trying to give her a bad experience on her first "cycle". but I believe in order to see any results she'll need more than 4mcg/day
 
You keep saying mcg's and it's really starting to get me very, very angry... and you wouldn't like to see me angry. I puff up like one of those porcupine fishes.
