no offense taking here, I never much paid attention to the mg mcg part. I knew what I was meaning, I don't know why yall didn't too, haha.

Well partly it's because if someone was to read and use it as a guideline... then try and take... say 20mg of Clen versus 20mcg... that's dangerous. So it's better to indicate the correct doses...especially for women as there is so little info and some may take it literally. Which will cause more damage than good.

yea that was said with a little sarcasm, like most men im not very good and saying I F'd up and was wrong. I understand the concern and thank yall for pointing out my mistake.
 
So, I'm going to be making a log when I start. There is such a lack of information for woman who want to start on albuterol. I for one was looking for something on here and couldn't find anything to help me so I'll be making one for other woman who are interested.
 
I am currently in my 5th week of albuterol t3 and var. I started out with 4 mg of albuterol and increased the dosage each week. I am now at 12 mg and feeling great. I have lost a half inch in my arms so far. I'm going to do all my measurements later tonight so I'll let you know how it's working for the rest of my body.

She is loving it I believe she is in week 5 and has lost a half inch of fat off her arms she doesn't weigh herself Dew to the fact she is gaining muscle but you can see her leaning out of sure
 
I also took Albuterol for about 5 weeks while on my Anavar cycle. The most I was taking was up to 9mg per day. I have all the details written in my cycle log, but it might be hard to sift through since there are so many pages. I stopped taking Albuterol maybe less than two weeks ago. I had good results and felt like it helped me lean out a bit while eating at a deficit.
