A newbie question.... I keep getting emails AND notifications when someone likes, comments, or quotes me!! I swear I've unclicked everything possible!!! NOTHING IS WORKING [emoji44]

I couldn't figure it out I had to make a email just for meso

Disabling email notifications is easily done. I don't know if it's possible to disable web notifications.

Here u go ladies!!!! Lost quite a few inches in just a months time! And I have to give half the credit to the albuterol anavar and t3 and the other half to my hard work of corse!!! Super stoked about this!

Okay I gotta know do you read literally every thread cause boom anytime there's something like this you are on it. Or is there a bunch of key words that just get your spidey senses tingling and you seek it out
