Albuterol

Okay, so I've been playing with the idea of trying this out because 1 I'm 7 weeks out (today) from my first show. 2 I have stubborn fat that my thighs won't let go of. 3 I want to come in completely shredded.

I've been lifting for about 7 to 8 months and with in the last 2 months or so I've started to incorporate more cardio (post weight training). After seeing my beginning of prep photos (12 weeks prior to show) my coach wanted me to do 30 mins fasted cardio and 30 mins post workout cardio. He also put me on a meal plan. I've been doing all of this with a cheat meal here and there for my own sanity and have been doing pretty good. I know the leaning process is tedious. Anyway, so last week my bf% was 18 and coach says to bump fasted cardio up to 45 mins in the morning with still 30 mins after working out with the same meal plan. I've still got a lot of stubborn fat not wanting to let go and it is kind of freaking me out mentally.

My husband is a member here and suggested I become a member and learn about this stuff. I've made my mind up I'm going to try albuterol out but I need help with dosage and cycle length. Anyone's input would be greatly appreciated.

It's pretty cool you and your husband are gonna do this together I swear it's broght me and my wife closer together we try to cycle at the same time but I blast and cruse so

As of right now I think I'm just going to do the albuterol until I'm comfortable the idea of other possibilities. But I'm already seeing good results with what I've been doing so hoping the extra burn the albuterol will give me will be what makes me stand out on stage.

Albuterol is really pretty mild. You can kind of go by feel on it. 2mg to start and you'll get the idea of what it's like.

I wish my husband and I were able to do this. We've tried but the last time we tried working out together, we got into a huge fight at the squat rack due to his opinion on the way I was warming up. Lmao
Bickering def goes on sometimes lol!! But we always seem to work it out and get back to work

Well, I'm incredibly hard headed so I won't tell you it's easy working out together. I've almost broke my wrist from punching a concrete floor, 3 weeks in a splint and in so much pain all because I got mad at him (for good reason might I add) hahaha! But hey, we are human.

Lol! Thank you for sharing because now I don't feel too bad for acting like a crazy woman at the squat rack. Lmao
