Let me know if you find a good place to pick up humalog. I know a few but it's usually too damn expensive.

Yeah usually do 10iu about 30min pre workout. But I'm really not using it that often. Usually on heavy leg days. Or just a day I have off of work.

will recap workout sets but i can honestly say im beasting it. my numbers all went up. i think im too massive now so im a make them clean shred gains. 190lbs shredded sounds nice
