I had my blood work drawn by a D.O. close to where I live. Finally got the results in from the lab and he says that everything tested fine except my Tri-glyceride (220) and HDL is a little low (33) he didnt think that I needed to be tested for E, any other estrogens, Lh, or prolactin.
Some background, I am almost 32. 6' tall, 250lbs fat belly and a little bit of boobs. very muscular legs and small arms. Im tired more than I should be, think about sex but the wife and I have it maybe 3 times a month-not her fault at all. my temp has been about 99.5 steady for a while now... at least a couple of weeks, and I get sporatic hot flashes.
heres the labs.

Mine Normal
Total Test 287 241-827
Free test 1.35 0.95-3.50
Free test % 0.47 0.32-0.50

Homocysteine 11.6 4.5-15.0
T3 total 127 80-200
TSH 2.41 0.32-5.0
T4 7.6 4.5-12.1
Glucose 87 70-110
CBC and Differential all good
liver profile all good

what should I do- besides loose weight- The nurse said the the doctor said everything tested ok. I like this guy and would like to keep him since he is in my network.

You need to find a Dr. that know how to test and treat Low T. You have some kind of Low T you levels are normal if you were 95 yrs. old by some of the things I have read. You should be in the upper 1/3 of the range.

99.5 degrees? Maybe you have an underlying infection. That could make you tired and feeling like crap.

But your Test is definitely too low. Find another doctor.

Your labs, and symptoms, clearly warrant TRT, IMPO (especially the hot flashes!).

Right. You're going to have to find another doctor if you want to get treated, though.
