Am I doing enough?

Anybody else do that thing where they go to the gym
And absolutely smash a workout and shit feels good but then a few hours later when you are at home and chilling, you start contemplating going back to the gym because you feel you didn’t work out hard enough.

I know I completely killed my workout and did my best but I seem to suffer with this a lot. Am I the only one? Really fucking with my mind man

I do that even before I leave the gym I call it bonus sets, I used to go back for Doubledays but it feels like I'm destroying my body.

I just try and remind myself you grow during rest. Use that night time gym motivation to eat clean, go walk the dog or wife, a sunset hike, bike ride, play catch, bang some tinderella etc.
 
Make sure you are progressing in the gym that’s all that matters.

Although I do know a couple gym rats who train about 20-30hour a week and are sick big. But they are black and probably have crazy genetics.

Getting your protein and calories in at the end of the day is important.

Post a sample workout so we can look at it.
 
No, i feel like ive been hit by a truck and can take a nap after most of my workouts.

Post what your workouts look like and what your intensity/percieved effort is.
