Am I dumb for hopping on?

23 years old and less than 190 pounds lean at that height, you’re too young and too inexperienced.

Prove to yourself you can gain good weight and cut while preserving muscle, anabolics amplify your results, but 0*5=0
 
To be honest, genetics are likely working against him here quite a bit. At that height + the fact that he did bulk up and then cut, and still doesn’t have much muscle tissue even considering his current body fat level all mean that he’s gonna have to put in a lot of effort to build muscle natty. He should still hop off the drugs asap and do that though.
I feel like what really let me down was the dirty bulk. I was literally eating anything and everything to put on as much size as possible. I was really insecure about my size and just wanted to get big. In a 18 month timeframe i feel like i achieved reasonable muscle but of course alot of fat (35-40%) roughly. Then began to hate the amount of fat and cut quite aggressively, maintaining protein of course but no where need the energy needed to sustain high intensity training. Thank you heaps for the advice, definitely going to try a lean and sustainable bulk natty after about 4-6 more weeks of cutting
 
Delts, upper chest and posing need work.. Other than that great job
delts for sure have always really lagged for me, starting to put lateral raises and rear delt flys at the start of my programs to really bring them up, same goes with my upper chest. I'm currently training 4 days per week running a modified upper/lower program. upper 1: push focused, upper 2: pull focused, lower 1: anterior focused, lower 2: posterior focused. I use 1-2 warm-up sets for every exercise with 1-2 working sets to failure or 0-1 RIR. Currently taking in around 250g carbs daily, 180g protein, and fats fluctuate between 60-80g. Really appreciate the advice bro and you're looking great
