Steroid Profile Anadrol

If you keep hydrated and have normal platelet count I won't worry much just keep an eye on it
Definitely think this is generally true. The high altitude data does get a little dicey at certain levels, once you get to sky high levels (~57-58+%), regardless of health status, there is a clear increase in adverse cardiac events/strokes/embolisms.

That said, to have a 58+% hematocrit while being generally well hydrated that's fairly impressive and you would likely have untreated sleep apnea or other comfounding factors anyway.

Wow. Yeah I'm sitting right at sea level. That and how much water I constantly drink Might be why my hematocrit is in the low 40s even on blast. I wonder if calories effect it as well? I was in a very large deficit last time I checked mine

Have you done iron studies? Would be curious to see what your iron levels are. Nothing wrong at all with low 40s but even with a lot of hydration just seems surprising to me to not be a bit higher on a blast.

On the bright side, you're miles away from having to give a shit about hematocrit, even by uneducated PCP standards!

I have not although now I'd be curious. You're the second person to ask me that. Now I do track everything I eat every day for the past two and a half years and I just checked my yearly average for iron in food at it's 11.2mg/day which is higher than the rda. Although I have heard some rumors that tirzepatide/semaglutide can lower iron. And I've run one of the two almost non-stop this whole time. I'm not sure if that's just due to people not eating right om while using glp1s though

AAS also significantly increases your use of iron due to the increased red blood cell turnover, and presumably you're a big bigger/probably have more blood volume than the average RDA target haha!

Very cheap to get tested and may tell you something you didn't know! Usually same day turnaround of iron studies too so if you live in a state/area where it's not a pain to go to a labcorp, no real reason not to get your iron and ferritin checked out.

People living in high altitudes have sky high hematocrit with no adverse effects whatsoever.

I lived in high altitudes my entire life and never had an issue… its when i got to sea level and or somewhat higher altitudes after being closer to sea level that mine started rising… when living near the pacific and then moving back up to closer around 4500-8000 ft… thickening shit started to happen… now if i go back to over 5-8000 ft… im
Sluggish and blood is like tar…

Drill down with your doc.

Apnea or diet related maybe?

Anadrol is the best oral. Period. You can utilize it for bulking, cutting, etc. Great for strength and quality tissue gains. If you’re lean already and you add it to the back end of a cycle, it imparts a nice full look to the muscles that other compounds don’t achieve - provided your nutritional aspects are managed properly. I like 75mg daily as a sweet spot. I think that bad sides are overblown and somewhat folk lore. That being said, Anadrol is no joke - keep an eye on your health markers. Keep a SERM on hand in case of gyno flare up as an AI will not help with this compound. My favourite stack is any that include Anadrol. If you can’t grow on Anadrol and test then nothing will work!
I'm currently on my second week of taking abombs and bumped it up to 75mg a day because I honestly didn't feel anything at 50mg so hopefully this will do
