Anavar Cycle for a Rookie

Hi Ladies,

I am a rookie. Never taken any steroids and finally got my first order of anavar in capsule form. They are 10mg. I wanted to get started with 5mg a day for the first week and then go up to 10mg for the remainder until the last week where I would get back down to 5mg. The problem is splitting the capsules. Now I am think of taking just one 10mg capsule a day for the entire cycle.

What is the best time of the day to take the pill?

Any other ideas? Thank you.

Some people split the dose (harder to do with capsule but possible). I prefer My full dose 2 hours pre workout.

I really hope you test them before you start taking them, anavar is frequently bunk gear or worse yet, something stronger and more androgenic.

With hers being capsules and fillers used I don't know how true the test would come out to be.

10mg in the am unless you train late then maybe afternoon. You will like it at 10 first run

Yes I did. Tried the Roid test kit. Came back positive
