Finally, someone says that I did something right.

Increased in strength, vasculartiy and muscle hardness, which I have kept to this day. Its been over a month since the cycle has ended.

Bench started at 185 * 6 end of cycle, and still now is 205 *6.

Free weight bench is where I really excelled, don’t ask me why.

Started at 80 * 8, now 95 *10…. I could have easily done 100-105 6 times. Remember I only weigh 155 pounds (as of now)

THESE ARE ALL MAXS at the end of each set.

Sets look like this BB BP
1)175*12
2)185 * 10
3)195*8
4) 205*6

DB press
1)80*12
2)85*12
3)90*10
4)95*10

Squats same thing. Started at 185*8 now I can do 2 plates ( 225lbs) *8
 
I had to keep band-aids in my wallet I was so cut...LOL[:o)]

now I am getting old and my metabolism aint shit... so a clean diet is a must...

Haha...Yeah, I used to eat whatever whenever with minimal work outs, and stay in decent shape. Everyone kept saying, just wait until you turn 30, that will catch up to you. They were right. It was like after 30, someone flipped a switch, and my metablolism went to shit!

I would rate my cycle a 9 for what I wanted, this is the most "ripped" ive been in my whole life.

Yea but i i have been lifting for years, and finally getting to this point feels good.

Later in life i will start using stronger juice if i keep working out (which i will because its embedded in my lifestyle).

I see the guys in my gym that i KNOW are juicing, if i were to run a light cycle of test lets say, what would should I expect for in results with a correct diet and training regime?

First of all I will give you some props. You made way more serious gains than I ever thought you would have. So props to ya, on a minor level you proved me wrong.

Your results are still NOTHING. Let's remember you started this cycle on april 5th. That was 3 months ago.

I would pose this question to any of the serious lifters on this site. The guys who know how to eat and train.

LOOK AT THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS. COULD YOU ACHIEVE THE SAME RESULTS HE DID IN 12 WEEKS NATURALLY????

I don't know about you guys but I say FUCK YES. EASILY I could get those mild b.s. results without any steroids.

BTW crowe, you're not done with your PCT yet. As I told you much earlier in this cycle. There's only three pics I'm worried about.

45 days post cycle--this is where you'll be made to look like a fool for spending all your money. You could have had very keepable gains naturally.

Honestly, I think you would be BLOWN AWAY by the results you could achieve with just 10 weeks of 300 mg Test Enanthate. This would only require two 150mg (approx. 0.5 CC) shots per week. Add in a light AI to keep the bloat away and you're in business. I know you say that you are worried about getting cut and not so much about gaining the weight....but BRO, please listen to me.

I'm not trying to hate on you, but let's face it, you're a small guy. There's nothing wrong with that! But, I'd bet you would like to fill out those muscles a bit more and look a little bigger. Every new user who wants to stay cut seems to think they are going to look like a bodybuilder after one cycle. Nothing could be further from the truth. A light test cycle (you could easily up it to 500mg EW) will provide you with gains 10 times or more better than your cycle you just finished. You could even run a 12 week test cycle while adding in Anavar for the last 6. That way you'll put on some size and get more cut.

However, this is what you need to understand. A lot of guys run the exact same cycle regardless of whether they are cutting or bulking. The difference is in their diet and training. If you want to gain some weight that you have a chance of keeping, you've got to increase your caloric intake. Don't pay attention to the scale as much bro, it doesn't tell the whole story. Pay attention to the mirror.

Your strength gains from the cycle you just finished willbe gone soon enough. You have to plan a new cycle to go above and beyond what you just did. You have to work harder off cycle than on. If you don't try to maintain what you just achieved then there's no point in doing it in the first place. YOU ARE RIGHT, this is a lifestyle! So, get used to it. There's nothing wrong with cycling AAS if you are smart about it. The best thing you can do is keep hangin around here and get some quality advice on a good injectable cycle. We'll even give you some advice on a diet/training regimen if you ask nicely;) If not, fine, just don't expect us to listen to your banter if you won't at least listen to your advice.

But seriously, it's nice to hear your side of things. What I didn't mention was that I agree with everything you said. He could definitely have achieved those "results" without AAS (personally, I think the "result" was that he found better lighting for the "after" pictures).

But, notwithstanding, I tend to cut to the chase when it comes to this sort of stuff. You have to be stern with people these days and insist that they "think" about what they are doing. Thinking is tough for some people if asked to do it on a regular basis, trust me.

If you provide people with a "fuck you" up front plus "conflict" recognition plus an unbiased "resolution," they can usually piece together the information in their brain and realize that what i just gave them was a plan. And "I love it when a plan comes together"

usually the best way to pick up women is to stare at them constantly until they notice you and than when they look at you just flex......shouldn't be a problem for you since you're the most ripped cat in your gym. [:o)][:o)]

what you are going to start noticing is the women who used to workout at the same time you do...don't...:eek:

A little advice on women there Rico... they choose you... you may think you choose them...but you don't...

Your best bet is to stick to high school chicks at this point... they may be impressed with your "Muscles" (trying not to laugh) :rolleyes:

In reality... women want a man with a pay check... and the bigger the check the better looking the women will be... period...

I'll post up a pic when I was 23 in College and 8 weeks into a contest. I was ALL Natural, still steroid Free, and remained that way for many more years.

Crowe, what you acheived is special for you, but what you did in 3 months with anavar, I did in 2 months naturally, just clean diet, proper weight training, and good quality food. I used a few supplements, Caffeine, Multi-vitamin, Isopure protein. I'll post it up tonight when I get home. The point I want you to know is, results are all dependent on Training intensity and nutrition. That's true depending on your AAS cycle. When it comes to bulking, that will only happen if you increase your calories past the point at which it doesn't need anymore to function. We'll help you, that's what we're all here for!!
