Anavar only cycle - 1st cycle of AAS - Comments and suggestions

Sorry Bro but at 22 your still a baby still wet behind the ears if you know what I mean.I would wait until your late 20's maybe even early 30's before you start messing with a cycle.Just my 2 cents.

Keeping it simple means keeping your nut sack so test is a given but far more important than the Test is RESEARCH bro.

I don't want to flame you but you could have done that easily without any AAS influence. I can't see that much of a transformation. Sorry for saying that, but I would say that was a waste of money.
 
well i personaly have a frame that needs to hold more weight to look right but as a boxer i understand why someone would want to stay at a certain weight... not saying he's small because of that reason but thats his choice. i mean shit the dude did get pretty cut and thats what he wanted. he achieved his goal.
 
12-15 lbs give or take. 145 pre cycle, now im weighing 155-157.

As far cardio, not much at all. 10 min warm up on the treadmill to get the blood flowing

Im doing 30 mins a day now and becoming more cut, with high intensity training...

in a week or so ill start doing 1 hr every day with working out one muscle group a day.

Diet

Breakfast (7am) - 3 eggs, bowl of oats (no additives) sometimes with a glass of milk

2nd meal (1030am) - Tuna sandwich or Chicken Breast with Whole wheat pasta and spinach carrots and other veggies or fruits (always included)

3rd meal (1-230pm) - same as above

4th meal ( 5-530) - not much of a meal (fruit for carbs)

5th meal (800pm) - Post workout shake with a cup of blue berries

6th meal (10pm) - a small meal with veggies protein (usually lean)
 
It's amazing that you put on weight with that diet. Three cheers for steroids! :)

Keep track of your weight. You might need to add a few calories in order to maintain your weight when you start picking up the intensity of your workouts.

Those gains were minimal and could have EASILY been accomplished without anything...

That anavar cycle was not much more than mental masturbation...

At your age(what 14?) you shouldn't be using ANYTHING... go get some weight gainer and creatine and you will yield the same results...
 
I do agree that, at his age, he could easily achieve this without aas. However, he would have had to increase his calories by quite a bit in order to gain like that in 6 weeks. As most of us know, he would have also most likely increased his bodyfat somewhat while bulking up. He managed to put on weight and decrease his bodyfat in a relatively short amount of time. It isn't a cycle I would ever choose, but hey, to each his own.

Anavar only cycles are not something unheard of... however it is usually used for bridging. Var is a weak compound that, when used in appropriate dosage, does not cause shutdown. (someone correct me if I am wrong)

I am saying for this kid I can see VERY MINIMAL CHANGE... as far as 10-15 lbs I say BULLSHIT... All I can see is that he is more cut... and if he is keeping the diet he claims then THAT is what gave him the definition... not the Var...

at his age you can eat just about ANYTHING and get ripped... shit... I used to fuck up some fast food at 17-20 and stayed cut up... gear free.. I had to keep band-aids in my wallet I was so cut...LOL[:o)]

now I am getting old and my metabolism aint shit... so a clean diet is a must...
