here's my blood sample results incase anyone is curious. The sample was taken exactly 1 month ago.

I had been using HCG/HMG + Clomid for 6 weeks prior to the blood test.

What do you guys think? Test was probably that high from taking clomid 50mg ED.

Looks like you’re on a track blood work wise. Sperm production should be right around the corner.

Semen analysis results will be available in 2 weeks (July 3rd) I'll be happy if I'm not azoospermia anymore but studies are leaning towards a 6months recovery instead of 3.

Also I've been using dutasteride and finasteride combined since 2017. I have dropped dutasteride a few weeks ago because it can lower sperm counts. I'll wait until september if not pregnant to drop the finasteride.

Dutasteride and Finasteride have very high probabilities of causing birth defects, you should be stopping them if you're trying to conceive. I think I remember somewhere around a 75% chance of causing one, including micropenis in a male fetus.

Thank you! should get the SA results by 2 weeks. Ovulation was yesterday so again crossing fingers that it works this cycle.

for those wondering I've been off test now for almost 5 months 1/2.

How do you feel in the gym and libido wise, with clomid and these levels? I’m considering coming off for a bit. Been on hmg 2x a week through blast… lowering to trt dose in the next couple weeks and may drop test and add clomid weeks following that.

I feel very good. Lower libido than when I was cruising on 150-200mg Test but honestly apart from that I feel very healthy.

It’s confusing hehe, I’ve been taking Clomid at various dosage since april. Started off really high at 100mg ED and tappered off to 25mg ED as of right now. My goal is to recover for the next 2-4 years/until we dont want anymore children and then go back on blast/cruise

Well your hormones recovered pretty good and good for you for not having sides especially after that much clomid.

Yeah I didn’t notice any sides and kept switching between different sources so i doubt it was bunk

Just received my 2nd SA Results from august 28th. Really good news!

looks like the combo of hcg/hmg/clomid is working after 3 full months

Total Sperm count : 55,1 Mill
Sperm count concentration per ML : 21,2 Mill
Progressive motility is a 40%

The only thing which could be concerning is morphology which is at 2%. Any tips for that?

Finishing my last vials of HMG/HCG this week and then will only keep clomid at 25mg/ED.

Any other advices?

Really good news!

The most important value seems to be the total motile count. My doctor was more concerned about the motility than the morphology.

If you aren't doing it already you can add the typical fertility supplements like vit C/E, Q10, NAC, etc.

Just read this thread. I was in a similar situation although I got the job done with just clomid and HCG (HCG for 5 weeks then only clomid for the rest) and it took about 4 months. Motility is the big key, but as others have said, Q10, NAC, VC etc will help with morphology.

Also, make sure you keep the boys cool and loose.

Great thread! Can you please confirm which supplements are you taking, on top of HCG/HMG? Sorry its a little confusing but looks like your final combo was:
HCG (which dosage)?) wx/week
HMG 75 mg 3x week
Clomid 50 mg ed

HMD 75 IU EOD
CLOMID 50MG ED

That dosage helped go from 60k total sperm to 55 millions in 3 months.

I also took various vitamins/supplements OTC
