thanks jewels, we thought about that as well, but me wife is not a good sales person, most of her careers have focused on receptionist positions. and now we need for her to have a job due to this damn injury of mine, but we prefere for her to stay home with the child, not many people you can trust with your children, we thought about home daycare, but that may cost more in the end, dont want the responsiability of another childs safety,

My friend stays at home with her baby and does medical transcripts--She had to take a class on how to do, but I dont think it is very hard(she is an airhead and can do it)

I think it pays decent, but shit your wife will be home with your child---that is priceless

In fact, my girlfriend and me are expecting our first in a few weeks, and I am going to try to get her hooked up with something like it in a few months

Hey Rambo my wife done a home course through At Home Professions (medical bills and claiming) The cost total was about 900$.

It took her about 4 months to finish, there are way to finish faster so if you want any more details on that just ask.

After 2 months of trying to find a medical billing job she finally found 1 and you can work from home, she will start out from 12$ to 17$ an hour and when she is better at the job it will go up. So all together it took a little over 6 months but i think its well worth it, or at least it worked out for us.
