Any of you low dose cialis folks sh!tting blood?

i know i really need to get a colonoscopy but man ive heard a lot of horror stories of those causing permanent damage to ppls intestines.
I've had 3 colonoscopies no damage whatsoever, you might have a polyp which could be cancerous is deff worth the check up. Could just be bad timing with the cialis making it seem like its the cialis lol

I've changed up quite a bit recently too. Adding 15 grams of maltodextrin to my workout hydration, adding extra taurine to help with back pumps. Might even be the whey concentrate and I need to switch out to isolate or hydrolyzed but im thinking the Cialis is accelerating any bowel problems or confounding it.

Gonna need to get that life insurance before I go get scoped...

Dude go get a colonoscopy. I just got over stage 3b colon cancer, that shits no joke and it started with me shitting blood from spicy food.

For whatever horror story you've heard about colonoscopies (I've had 7 now, they're no big deal) cancer is far worse. That's what they're there to scope for.

ya im gonna get scoped, gotta figure out the life insurance first. gonna start chasing that rabbit down with HR next week lol

No history of chrons or other intestinal issues although my dad's side all has rheumatoid arthritis.
Funny you mention that. Everyone I know with Chron's Disease has a family history of Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Correlation does not equal causation, but Crohn's can lay dormant for decades, then suddenly come out of nowhere and ruin your shit both literally and figuratively.

Chron's can be weak in some, strong in others. You can do genetic testing to figure out your risk factor.

Ya I'm gonna start getting it out. Autoimmune disorders do happen with decent occurrence on my dad's side. I've dealt with bloody stool after eating spicy stuff for my whole life

I remember seeing an ad for private ct scans (here in the UK) and they also offered a colonoscopy ct scan.
Not sure how this works, but it would not be invasive.
Anyway, I am sure a gastroscopy is way worse. Think about it that way.
You will be fine!

PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra and Cialis are occasionally prescribed off label to those with Chrone's and ulcerative colitis to improve blood flow and speed healing, they don't cause or worsen it.

Well, I have to ask, do you have anal lesions or hemorrhoids at one point in your life?

I will periodically have blood in my stool once I eat less carbs/fiber deep into a cut phase or if I strain too much during bowel movement.

It’s gross, one time I thought I had a menstrual cycle lol. So, it could just be anal fissures.

I bleed quite frequently but it’s light bright red from hemmroids. No dark red, still I get checked out every so often. Hemorrhoids get worse when we lift because of the straining. Dark red is where the big problems lie

I can guarantee this has nothing to do with Tadalafil, That's like saying you're passing blood from eating celery sticks. Don't mess around with this. Make an appointment ASAP.

So I take 10mg cialis daily am on cruise and take .5mg sema. When the sema backs me up really good and then the stomach decides to let out a 12ft log all at once I’ve seen some spotting blood. Nothing significant to cause me concern but I don’t relate it to the cialis or never thought of the cialis more the sema and the constipation.

The diet lately has been pretty much chicken and rice with added greens. Nothing spicy. But the maltodextrin is new although I've been running that for about a week longer The only thing that lines up timing wise with this onset of bleeding is the Cialis. For now I've discontinued It's use and during the week I will see if it goes away

Likely a hemorrhoid, but you have to see a doc to make sure. Blood in your stool can be a sign of something terrible like cancer, but it's probably an internal hemorrhoid. Get checked out asap though. If it is something bad you want to know. Don't wait. And if it's just a roid then you don't have to worry anymore.

Don't worry. Modern drugs make a colonoscopy easy and the scope isn't that big in diameter.
