Any place to sell off extra Zepbound (Tirz) pens?

I have 6 boxes of excess genuine US Eli Lilly Zepbound 15mg tirz pens.

Any suggestions as to where I can sell these? Because of the way they were prescribed I ended up with way more than I need.

I tried but the ones who really need it only use the drive through, and freak out when I pop up between them and the pickup window.

I assume there's got to be a forum for this sort of thing but I've had no luck finding it.
