So this may be a weird question but my gf her genetics gave her pretty big muscled quads and calves and sometimes it makes her a bit insecure. Even though she looks really good, I can understand her point of view.
Is there a way to get the toned/fit look on her legs/calves but decrease in size? And stilll get a big butt.
Maybe training quads 2 sets of 24 reps or skip quads and do glute only or ?
Using any aas to help isnt a porblem either if you guys think this should help. Any tips
