Any way to decrease size in quads?

So this may be a weird question but my gf her genetics gave her pretty big muscled quads and calves and sometimes it makes her a bit insecure. Even though she looks really good, I can understand her point of view.

Is there a way to get the toned/fit look on her legs/calves but decrease in size? And stilll get a big butt.

Maybe training quads 2 sets of 24 reps or skip quads and do glute only or ?

Using any aas to help isnt a porblem either if you guys think this should help. Any tips
 
Get leaner. There is a lot of fat stored in the quads and hamstrings, even more for a female than a male.

Without pics, it is hard to say whether this would help, but for most this is true and would be the solution.
 
Disuse atrophy, think of someone in a wheelchair or casts.

It must be total disuse, as studies suggest as low as even 1/9th typical workout volume can maintain muscle mass.

Also as mentioned females tend to store a lot more fat in their thighs than males so disuse atrophy may only help to the extent of muscle that contributes to her thunder thighs.

Personally i love thick thighs and hips/butts. However when its cottage cheese its not so sexy, but if its smooth and thick i just cant stop staring. Why would someone wanna get rid of that, should be criminal.

I told her that I like her fat there but I also like her tiny waist now I honest to got can't decide if I like her thicker or thinner...

So she knows even if she gets thicker I still love her body lol.

Send her to me so I can teach her how to love her body by constantly praising her thighs. My estrogen is off the hizzy right now.
 
Unpopular opinion: work on self esteem and image not shrinking muscle. This will almost undoubtably be a futile effort as genetically gifted body parts almost never shrink so long as you’re training even jsut other body parts. I stopped training legs for almost a year, they didn’t budge.

All she can do aside from jsut ditching the gym (in which case her non-genetically gifted muscle will shrink faster and make the proportionality even worse) is stop training quads.

Yep! 10000% agree. I got 33” quads and I don’t even work them out.
