Yet if the same vaccines are spread out over a reasonable amount of time, it is quite safe.

For accuracy’s sake, he was not suggesting 700,000 people should or will die. He was clearly saying that this shit takes time so as to account for side effects so you don’t get 700,000 dead as a result of side effects.

At around 3:55 he goes into government having to be involved [to decide to give the vaccine to the entire world] because there will be risk and indemnification needed. He's referring to the risk to those 700,000 people and the indemnification of himself.

I broke up the vaccines for my son. I analyzed by amount of mercury and preservatives. All done by body weight. The biggest problem with, for example MMR is the amount of mercury in it. You would have to be 230 lbs to safely pass that vaccine. So I broke it up into 5 injections and waited until he was much older.

Watch the video. He pulled the numbers out of his ass and applied them to seven billion people as part of an argument to justify government involvement. The involvement being to provide "indemnity" to the vaccine producers. Indemnity meaning immunity - something his vaccine is unlikely to provide.
