Anyone tried gluteal injection sitting down?

I've never tried it yet, I've always done it stand up and twisting over to reach my side is quuite an uncomfortable position, I do this for trt and wondering how you guys do your trt.

Once you get it, it's easy AF

I always hit ventro sitting down. Makes it easier to find, depending on how developed your glutes. When I sit on my ass, the upper right side if my glutes just pops right out, jab and done.

Got cramps once or twice twisting to do it with a mirror. Found the easiest way was to lie sideways in bed.

After some testing and research, found the easiest one was upper (outer) thigh where there was a vaccination scar from childhood. Can do that while sitting at PC and best part, no extra scarring since the childhood vaccination scar is plenty big enough. Always easy to find the spot.

Yep. I always do it. Just sit to where you can flare out a chunk of your ass, and bam, it's a piece of meat ready for pinning.
