My bad posted too much info too blatantly out in the open, I guess...
But did get some help from members b4 got deleted. There's just sooo much in for a guy that's been out the loop for a decade and limited experience with the mostly the same 3-4 products over a cpl years. And I'm a country guy with limited knowledge of forums ect. And this sight just has so much going posted in the wrong spot but super pleased with responces I did get from other members!
Much Respect, I wish in CAN we cld just hit these anti - aging clinics or doctors that cld just prescribe some of this stuff for loners like myself who's got limited gym friends to no gym guy's to workout with. But I'm finally feeling comfortable after my accident an injuries to get out Planet Fitness and start throwing some weight around wit some bigger boys at different gym, it's been a long f***** road though
