Are these too high?

Got my blood drawn before next blast. Just posting stats that were out of the range. Everything else were fine. Are these fine or should i wait them to go all to normal?

Hematocrit 53 (36-50)
Erythrocytes 5.78 (4.3-5.7)
Thrombocytes 385 (150-360)
HDL 0.7 (1.0-3.0)

I would probably donate blood and start eating more mega 3's and do some cardio if i wasn't already.

They are so close to ranges so they dont mean anything serious. I wouldnt worry if I were you.

Looks acceptable. However, I would add aspirin 50mg a day.
