That "interpretation" of Islam is taught by ALL the schools of Islamic jurisprudence. That IS ISLAM.
Again, not all Muslims believe it or care about being religious, and others aren't aware of it. Most Muslims don't speak Arabic or have access to qurans in their native language so they're only exposed to whatever their imam teaches them.
Islam didn't exactly invent the suicide attack. Until fairly recently the Tamil Tigers were the most prolific civilian targeting suicide bombers around. They were state worshiping communists, not Muslims.

If that is Islam, how come so many different countries differ in the genital mutilation, stoning, women's rights and such? If you are you saying these things come from the Koran then wouldn't you think the Muslims countries would be more uniform in their values?
You better do some Googling because they're all pretty damn uniform - particularly the Arabs nations - with a few minor differences.
Start with support for the Shari'a and go from there. There are lots of polls and research on this topic.
