Fair enough. Just seems like 2 days plus is the norm and guys are having to pm you to see what's up. i understand its not instant messenger but emails do go through instantly. Hopefully that can be improved.
It usually take 5 full days to get tracking numbers so I don’t worry they have always come through I understand people want there hear but no need to be over excited.im still waiting for my tracking numbers.

A couple slip to spam.. our fault.
We get back within the same day.We never leave anyone un answered.
And i am here most all times so that clients allways have a contact.

And hey if you cant get an email reply quick enough just pm me or post like said and i am glad to get answers and solutions.
Trackings are not instant as usps is not the packs first phase of transient.And of course we are dealing with usps.
When payment is picked up pack is shipped next day.So no reason for anyone to stress as 100% chance your packs allready moving.
Since I posted the above message, I feel I should add more color now. Generally when I place an order I do so 4-5 weeks before I really need the products so the amount of time it takes for touchdown is not as it important as quality and service so long products reach to me within a month.
I had sent in the money last week and was told it would ship last week. So, I thought I check the progress on the order this week and was told it will ship this week now after 2 emails and the above message. I asked what happened and was given no explanation and was provided with a tracking that implies items were finally sent to the post office today. I dont expect a response within 24hr given the time difference but response within 48hr would be good business sense
Brother thankyou for posting and giving feedback.I like feedback as we can use it to adjust and make changes for a good customer experience.
I should mention now the email address is mainy for ordering.Any questions or problems i am here for that and can speed up processes and get you info you need.
