To clarify The order is shipped before usps tags the pack.Half of the packs transient is before usps and stateside.Since I posted the above message, I feel I should add more color now. Generally when I place an order I do so 4-5 weeks before I really need the products so the amount of time it takes for touchdown is not as it important as quality and service so long products reach to me within a month.
I had sent in the money last week and was told it would ship last week. So, I thought I check the progress on the order this week and was told it will ship this week now after 2 emails and the above message. I asked what happened and was given no explanation and was provided with a tracking that implies items were finally sent to the post office today. I dont expect a response within 24hr given the time difference but response within 48hr would be good business sense

As a good business practice, if you miss a ship date that is communicated to the customer, it is not a really big deal as long as you make the customer aware. It shows you are on top of things and have not forgotten about making shipments
It is not a problem if product is shipped a week after sending the money so long customers are made aware of from the beginning to allow them for better planning. I am posting here to share experience with fella members of this community.
You have conveyed to be a really unique source in terms of product quality and service, and I am hoping time will show this and you will have continued success

Business do not sleep, true, but people need to. We make errors sleeping 8 hours a night, imagine without sleeping at all.
No one with a brain would ever slander you because of 6 hour delay considering different time zones; instead, people usually complain about days of delay, so my “advice” would sound like “not quantity of time, but quality”, if you plan to e.g. answer emails following a solid agenda, you may actually reduce the time spent on the phone/pc doing so.

I spent some time trying to look for your contribution on this forum, I found none. Only a kid repeating the same things over and over, don’t you find your behaviour self-humiliating? No recent published data.We do have a lab test page on the web site that we will be updating as we all know old data is not substantial evidence of any current quality.This is on the list of upcoming task we are completing in our 2019 roadmap
