Aromasin vs arimidex

I agree with all the above. There's individual response of course, one may just be better regardless of other's experience.

That said, asin, to me, feels smoother all around. Physically, emotionally.

This really is one of those YMMV areas. Estrogen being synthesized on a tissue-specific basis leaves a ton of room for individual variability. Simply from a harm reduction standpoint, a very low dose of exemestane is much easier to titrate up until symptoms disappear than trying to get an anastrazole dose right without risking a crash. The Adex E2 crash is only a few days, but it's awful... heart goes out to all women experiencing menopause.

Unfortunately, I won't be a good judge of what works better. I've half-assed the Adex, only taking it when I felt what I assumed were symptoms. Sensitive nips.
But it seems I'm not real in tune with my feels. High E2 doesn't seem to bother me much or I just don't recognize it. It was only just before my recent blood test came back with E2 at 230 that I noticed anything. No nip sensitivity, but I teared up watching the Fall Guy movie. LOL. Amused my wife who's never seen this emotion from me.
However, I ordered some Xtane on Ghoul's recommendation. I'll diligently dial it in with bloodwork and report back.

Def YMMV. I prefer aromasin as well as I find it easier to lock in my dose but when it comes to asin vs adex, one is not objectively better than the other.

Eye of the beholder.
