Aromasin vs arimidex

Aromasin is more expensive and needs to be taken ED or EOD. Other than that, it's great.
I have both ))
You don't need to take asin Ed or eod.

Due to it's suicidal nature, regardless of it's half life, it's effects last far longer than the half life would lead you to believe.

Aromasin may have a short pharmacological half life, but during that short time it's active, it's eliminating Aromatase enzymes, not just occupying them like adex.
So even after the drug has cleared from your system, it still takes your body time to replace those enzymes, leading to its effectiveness time being far longer than it's active time.

I take my aromasin 2x a week with my regular injections.

Irreversible inhibition is good, but dosage selection may be difficult.
Anyway, a lot depends on the rate of aromatase synthesis, but I think you're right, twice a week should be enough.
Thanks!

Been reading some studies and apparently exemestane reduces igf1 while anastrozole doesn't. I'm on exemestane now, just bought a new box of Aromasin and I'm wondering if anyone tested their igf1 on both (obviously without hgh), or if anyone knows more about igf1 imoact. My igf-1 is at 220 (2 different readings) and I'm 21 and half

Dang 21 and a quarter is the cut off, your igf is *#^%ked

Aromasin is superior. However, and this a major, only if it's pharma. I suspect many of the "Aromasin traumatized" guys were using UGL and got a significantly overdosed tab.

Go with India pharma Exemestane.

I use 6.25mg x 2 a week on the same TRT dose as you.

Because quarter pills are nearly impossible to cut evenly, it's important to use the 4 pieces from one pill in a row. Don't cut multiple pills in advance, or you could end up with a bunch of large pieces in a row.

absolutely . I am also on aromasin INDIA and it is the best aromasin I have tried. and my first experience with aromasin was just the, a well-known store here. I forgot about letrozole and anastrozole once and for all. the best aromasin because you will get more advantages.

32-38% decrease? Damn that's not a whole lot if it gets up there. I guess it's nice that it doesn't seem to crash it though. I read adex can cause severe estrogen rebound when it is stopped. Has anyone heard of or experienced this?
aromasin will not let you do this. Forget the word "rebound" forever

These guys were put in huge doses, 25 and 50mg daily, and saw no impact to IGF.

I am glad started out very cautiously though, as only 12.5mg/wk was enough. It takes a long while to recover from too high a dose of this AI.

So I get anastrozole with my TRT. Do you suggest I switch?

I got both initially because I was told while aromasin is "best on paper" anastrozole works better for some. I think that's mostly because anastrozole is "reversible" more quickly if E2 crashes. For a long term, stable protocol like TRT, rather than intermittent E2 management like a blast, I think aromasin is going to be superior with fewer sides and more stable levels. Just start low though, and pharma only.

One 25mg tab puts me in the ideal e2 range with no sides for 2 weeks, as 4 doses, one (roughly) quarter piece on each pin day.
