I have only placed two orders from ashop. One of the two came from India and was kidnapped. They didn't send me a seizure letter but I called the postal service and it's seized. It can also be seen from the track. Ashop promptly remedied by giving me back the credit to spend on the site. Outstanding customer service! Thank you
