to be fair tho i believe the overall RAW quality has gone down over the years so every lab seems to have been better or maybe im just glorifying the past idk but that balkan back in 08 or 09 was the some the best gear i have ever used

No I think it's possible but I've been taking BP for a very short time and it seems to be ok in my opinion. But it is true on the other hand that some labs over time have disappointed people

Balkan has been produced in the same factory, using the same materials as it has since it's inception.

yeah i think this has to do with raws being less pure than they were back then. yeah they may test out the same but the purity i think used to be better. balkan is still the best "ugl" out there and sp gear is fire too but idk what it as bust those balkan ccyles back in the day had serious kick to them . could also be me getting older and receptors are getting burnt out as i age so its hard to say im sure balkans shit hasent changed its just a lot of other things have
