Squatting is like milk. Should be in everybodies diet. Its rich in mass and high in muscle activation. A classic perfect cornerstone that everything should revolve around. Yes, i understand some ppl cant skwat just like some cant digest milk. Then find alternative means. But the truth is MOST ppl dont skwaat because its HARD. Plain and simple.
Also its the one peice of equipment that i NEVER have to worry someone gonna jump on it while im getting a drink of water, although i do have to chase a few "band" users off my rack from time to time [emoji35]
