I have a case of systemic inflammation in my whole body and my brain that's been going on for years. It manifests itself by joint pain, brain fog, gut bloating and food indigestion.

Could aspirin help me ?

I've taken many steroids and ancilliaries, but aspirin somehow scares me more than anything.

You should go see a Dr and get bloods drawn to check for any autoimmune diseases.

I've had close to 100 blood tests performed, kidney biopsy, sleep test, stool test, SIBO breath test, 20 000$ worth of tests and doctors consultations.
They mentioned IGA nephropathy which is supposedly a kidney autoimmune disease, which is just bullshit because as soon as I jumped on the carnivore diet it completely resolved itself and has kept quiet since.

There is no such thing as an autoimmune disease, only bad habits.

Now I've gone as far as I could in terms of habits, and I need a little additional help from medications, testosterone being an incredible one, and aspirin being a potential additional candidate to the stack if I get enough positive reports.

You're absolutely an idiot if you truly think there in no such thing as an autoimmune disease... "bad habits" lol

I'm a living example of someone who beat such "autoimmune disease", proving they are not a fatality.

Oh... because you didn't die then autoimmune diseases aren't real and don't kill people? Give me a break dude, ppl die from autoimmune diseases daily. Obviously plenty of ppl live also but that doesn't mean they are some made up BS disease.

Plenty of people die from bad habits, that's what I see, not from diseases.
Calling them diseases takes the matter out of people's hands and makes it sound like it's something that just happens to you.
It doesn't "happen to you", you make it happen with bad habits.

I get your logic, but, autoimmune diseases are real. It's a self perpetuating cycle of body's defensive mechanisms attacking it self. What started it might have been "bad habits" but that doesn't mean they aren't real conditions.

I am curious though, have you checked for any specific markers of gut inflammation, damage, etc? Have you been to a GI?

Also, there are things like low dose naltrexone, curcumin, etc. that are also good for "inflammation". Have you tried those? LDN seems to be especially popular in some circles. Even ALS sufferers seem to benefit from it.

You're delusional my friend. Autoimmune diseases can happen in the absence of bad habits so your logic is flawed. It's about what I would expect from someone that "self diagnosed" themselves with systematic inflammation in their body and brain. Sure there are a few specific Autoimmune diseases that can be triggered by unhealthy habits but the vast majority of them have nothing to do with your habits lol.

Be aware that bad habits include the following :

- getting vaccinated as a kid and later in life
- eating PUFA
- eating refined sugar
- living in a polluted city

99% of people with autoimmune diseases tick at least 3 of the above 4 boxes, so no, autoimmune diseases don't arise without bad habits.

Not quite sure how aspirin can help with this? And what specifically scares you about aspirin?

1 Because aspirin is an anti inflammatory
2 Because aspirin is notorious for having the potential to excessively fluidify blood.

That sounds exactly like my gluten intollerance. Except you didnt mention involenterily shitting your pants. Asprin is an old drug. And even today we are discovering new ways if fucks you up. Mobic is a great anti inflamitory with fewer sides. Need scrypt here in australia. But may be counter drug where you are.ibproven also has a tone of sides.

Yes, I agree since the time when aspirin was an excellent remedy, a lot of time has passed and many anti-inflammatory drugs have appeared both in wide use and in a narrow one with fewer side effects.

Anything could be wrong with you. Give us more data. Maybe you have candida (most people are being eaten alive by candida.....) Or histamine overload. Or you have parasites etc or others. Your gut needs to be healed. Have you tried high dose glycine?

Aspirin is a wonderful drug, but you need to make other changes.

Yep, I do have candida.
I'm making it 80% better by doing ACV enemas and coffee enemas, it flushes tons and tons of candida threads in the toilet.
