While I'm very grateful to have received my pak from u , and currently pinning some of your test ( 1st timer here ) , It was a true hassle going back and forth with you .
I'm patiently waiting on that missing item but I think you should really acknowledge your shortcomings with communication .

We'll ignore is a subjective term because it's based on intention. I don't believe it was Astros intentention to not respond to your email. This is why he is saying he didn't ignore you. Ignore Carries way to negative a connotation. If I were him I would say that I didn't ignore you either but rather that communication was compromised.

I just PM'd Astro last night and got a response back within 2 hours. I don't think Astro has taken more than 36 hours or so to respond to any of my PMs.

You will always see more negative post on a source than positive. This is typical in most aspects of life, when people have a good experience they leave it at that. You don't see people calling Mac just to let them know they love their new Ipad but you better believe if that Ipad shits the bed they are on the phone like a fly on shit.

On the flip side as a customer you do deserve to get what you paid for and my post isn't saying you shouldn't complain if you have an issue. I am just stating that most people that have a good experience don't post about it.

This post is not directed to Hunterbro or anyone in-particular.
 
So Astro I need to keep my money pak I sent u over a month ago, because u missed a item in my order ? That is how you resolve the problem . I don't give 2 fucks about money bro . It's customer service . You missed part of a clear order . It took over 50 pms to get a order out . You miss a item. -and it's , " oh, well never mind have ur $ back . "

The truth is I'm happy thus far with the test you sent me ( haven't done labs midway ) ... But it doesn't make up for the terrible customer service, not one bit .
I'd love to keep my options open in ordering from you rather than burn bridges , but I found another roll of the docs ugl ( one with good customer service ) . Placed a order and they responsed within minutes to say they receive and the t / a time in ship . That's how it should be period

The reason I pm'd as much as I did, is simply because you dont give precise answers, or timely answers. Infact you dont answer questions , you give half ass answers that leave the door open for more PMs .
You still had not told me how it would be handled, if you would waive the minimum on more since you had to re ship a missing item. You did not respond to price , on the new, or the shipping. the communication from square one was haphazard. period. I told you that from PM from the jump that you lacked serious customer service skills. Good luck to you bro , but you can spin it any way you want.

astro will get back to you. if u keep aggravating him he will probably make you wait longer. i know you are very excited but pm'ing him 10x isn't going to make him hurry up. if anything its going to slow him down b/c he has to read all those pm's. i think the wait is worth it
