Thank you beedix and sc0rcher, exactly my point. If you only knew the amount of time, pm's, emails etc that I have tried to do to resolve this. This wasn't a minor order either. I only want what was missing from my order which is about 40% of the items I didn't get.
I highly doubt 40% of your order I almost guarentee your lying. I know who you are and your are packed.
 
Being busy is no excuse for dropping customer service. It's the nature of the game....sources get busy and communication is the first thing that shuts down, but if someone doesn't respond to email or PM, then it should be acceptable to post in their source thread. I don't consider that whining.
I guess guys forgot the part where I was taking a break??????
 
its not that i didn't give him time. I've talked to him thru email 2-3 times and when i first brought up the problem he didn't own up to it being a problem just said bro split the pills. thats hardly a resolution to my problem. never once did he offer to send me the correct caps i ordered i have no problem waiting for my order but he hasn't said he would wend me it he just said oh well split it into half and go with it, didn't even mention how i was shorted 750mg of the caps. i just want what i paid for, no more no less.

BROTHER YOU GOT 20MG ARO SPLIT THEM. I said split them its fine. I'm not sending another package because you dont want to split the dose. dude I take care of my mistakes but WHAT YOUR COMPLAINING ABOUT IS RIDICULOUS.

I sent him 20mg Aro. He did ask for 12.5 obviously my shipper didnt have them so he shipped the 20mg WTF is the problem with splitting the caps??
 
Business doesn't tolerate breaks...no customer is going to understand this. I realize that this isn't a typical business...it's not like astro can hire employees. But you can't fault the human nature to expect regular communication. It's the way business in general is done.

I guarentee everyone is taken care of. So this is a illegal Buisness I cant keep shit on paper and in neet little filing cabinets. Shit gets fucked up. Orders get lost/missed. I take care of them bottom line. 1 person is having a order issue he will be taken care of then some. The 20mg Aro guy thats rediculios and im not sending more aro and that will not ruin his cycle.

I'm a new member and awaiting my gear from astro. And with the research I've done and the 300+ thread pages I've read through. It seems he has the best overall product and customer happiness.and loyal ones at that. it definitely can't be easy being a one man team.. shit I couldn't do it!

Doesn't appear to be the case from what I've seen in this thread. I frequently see dropped pm's and emails. I just don't think it's appropriate to call your customers "whiners" for posting their feedback when they expect to get a response and have to resort to posting in this thread. Not directed at you unless you are discouraging customer feedback. Encouraging censorship through discouragement of public posting is not something I support on a non sponsor run board.

I never called anyone a whiner. Thank you very much. And if they say I didnt answer their email I call them a liar. Or they have a email that i dont recieve. Anyways do you have a order in? Are you having a issue? Have guys been burned? Then back up and let me handle my buisness please with all due respect. I've been here the logest for a reason because I take care of buisness. And I will be here for a long time because I will always take care of buisness.
 
Like I said his customers services is way better than Amazon or ebay and he is just one man doing it all. Like I said before only women whine like that bro stop being a chick.
