There is no way that a dose of 400 mg will provide 1,200 ng/dL 2 days after the shot.

And, working backwards gives some strange math for a half-life.

Why every two weeks? And, who administered the shot?

I was getting shots from a urologist. I had to twist his arm to go biweekly. It was originally 600/month. He wouldn't write me a script to do my own, so I looked elsewhere. My issue with my Trt is what brought me to this forum in the first place. I visited other docs and they wouldn't even entertain shots, just androgel.

That explains the levels. IMO, he/she was not giving you 400 mg, but less, probably much less. This is not uncommon with those that insist on giving the injections. And, are usually the most ignorant and incompetent. The every two weeks is a tip off.

Androgel is a joke. It works but not nearly as effective as IM injections
